Story Notes:
The long lost Namor, the Sub-Mariner, has finally been reunited with his kingdom of Atlantis as well as his lover, Lady Dorma. Meanwhile the Fantastic Four decide to take a cruise. The Sub-Mariner emerges and gives the Fantastic Four a message to the U.N declaring himself ruler of the sea and air. Mister Fantastic delivers the message with his opinion of the Sub-Mariner as a villain. This prompts the Sub-Mariner to lead an invasion on New York City. After failing the first attempt to push Sub-Mariner’s forces back, the Fantastic Four develop a device that evaporates the water in the Atlanteans’ helmets. However during the fight, Warlord Krang and Lady Dorma attempt to drown Sue Richards which causes Namor to cease his attack and rescue her. After losing the battle, Namor returns to Atlantis to descover his people have branded him a traitor for aiding Sue Richards.
