In the first issue of the cartoon based Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures series, Shredder returns to Earth from Dimension X. He hatches a plot to discredit the Turtles by forcing a school of Karate students to disguise themselves as the Turtles to rob a bank. Meanwhile April argues with her boss that the Turtles are heroes.
